Meet with one of the beSTRONG team members to assess your goals, movement and find an appropriate plan for you to get started.

After spending 10 years as a health journalist, I made the switch to personal training in early 2024. I found my passion for doing hard things through the sport of Brazilian jiu jitsu. I’ve been training and competing for five years and received my purple belt in August 2025. Outside of jiu jitsu, I enjoy lifting, kettlebell flows, photography, spending time in nature, and dancing (I have been known to throw epic solo living room dance parties, and may even bust the odd move in the middle of a workout). My approach is focused on sustainability, longevity, and confidence-building, and my goal is to help you find a routine you can build on for the rest of your life.
